We would appreciate your sending us an e-mail ahead of time if you plan to place an unusual or large order.
Credit Card (Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX) orders should be placed by phone or fax. Please do not e-mail any credit card numbers. We would prefer that you email us your shipping and billing addresses (and your FedEx or UPS account numbers if you want us to use them), and then call to provide your credit card numbers over the phone.
International Orders: Payment can be made by electronic funds transfer between you and my banks. At the current time the only option that we have for international credit card payment is for us to invoice you by email and follow this by having PayPal send you a link for payment. You would make payment of our invoice through PayPal.
We accept purchase orders, but they must be preapproved, and payment is due upon receipt of the order.
Please do not fax a purchase order to us without making previous arrangements by phone or email. Call before you send a fax as the machine is disconnected when not in actual use.
Please send PO’s by fax, email or snail-mail, or an account can be established by e-mail.

There is voicemail on this phone. Calls are usually returned within a day or two.
Most items on our webpage are typically in stock, and orders are usually in the mail in about 2 weeks (depending on our workload) and received by the customer within 3 weeks. Special orders usually take 6-8 weeks to prepare. Please plan ahead and place your orders early.
PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. Sorry, but due to a large increase in "rush order requests", a RUSH PROCESSING SURCHARGE of up to 30% of the order amount will be charged if the order must be shipped out to the customer in less than two weeks. Rush order processing may not be possible for special order items, depending upon the particular tool. This is in addition to any express shipping charges that may apply.
Shipments are sent by insured Priority US Mail (usually 3-5 days) unless other arrangements are made (FedEx, UPS, etc).
A Customs Paperwork Fee of $15 per package will be charged for international orders.
If payment is to be made by electronic funds transfer between our banks, please let us know at the time of purchase. An EFT fee of $40 will apply to these payments (this is what our bank charges us).
